BAT MITZVAH
September is the best time to visit San Francisco.
It's beautiful, warm and it doesn't rain!
However, hotels do get booked, so please make your reservations early!
Dear Family and Friends,
With pride in our heritage and tremendous love and adoration for our daughter, we are excited to celebrate as Avery is called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah on September 9, 2023.
Bat Mitzvah is Hebrew for “daughter of commandment.” When a Jewish girl turns 12 or 13, she has all the rights and obligations of a Jewish adult, including the commandments of the Torah. From that date, she is responsible for her own actions and takes her place in the Jewish community. This milestone - called a Bat Mitzvah - is often celebrated with creative projects, meaningful gatherings and joyous parties.
We hope you can join us for this special weekend and celebration. Please reach out with any questions.
Katie, Brian and Avery
